The breakfast had lots of food, including INCREDIBLE cereal, bread and cheese. The location was brilliant, a 10-15 minute walk from Queen Victoria Monument. The service was helpful during my stay.

Tasty breakfast, which was a surprise. Slightly reminded us of Faulty Towers, a bit shabby, but good for the occasion (family wedding at town centre location). Friendly enough staff.

The hotel is conveniently located near Whatman Park and offers breakfast in the restaurant. Rewritten: This place is a good location, not too far from Whatman Park, and they serve breakfast in the restaurant.

Not much! The hotel needs a serious revamp. Threadbare carpets, poorly finished paintwok and worn out fixtures and fittings. The decoraters were there though they began working outside our rooms at 7AM! Radio on full!

Nothing, waited 30mins for anybody to arrive at the hotel to book us in, rooms were tired, worn and short of paint, if you were working localy on a building or similar its ideal. Web sites can paint a very different picture to reality
everything needs someone with a bit of money and some insperation maybe the owner should spend the night in each of the rooms with a note book and pen
